What is Mithra?
Mithra is a Costa Rican company that builds digital products and services for businesses. It has four products today, all with real clients: Mercurio, an AI agent that handles WhatsApp and email; Mithra Stamps, digital loyalty cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet; Mithra Mosaic Wall, a live photo mosaic for events; and Motion Graphics, custom brand video. It also builds custom solutions.
What is Mercurio?
It's Mithra's AI agent for WhatsApp and email. It answers your customers at any hour, quotes with the business's real prices, and follows up on every quote without anyone asking. It never sends a final price without someone at the business approving it.
Does Mithra make digital loyalty cards?
Yes: Mithra Stamps. They're stamp cards saved as a pass in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Your customer adds the card by scanning a QR code, with no app to download, and the register adds stamps with the browser camera, no scanner or special hardware. It works for coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, salons, and gyms, and there's also a prepaid card with credits for events.
Do you have a photo mosaic for events?
Yes: Mithra Mosaic Wall, the digital version of the event photo wall. Guests add their photo from their phone by scanning a QR code, with no app or account, and the event screen builds the brand's logo live from those photos. It works for launches, activations and trade fairs, conferences, company parties, weddings, and graduations.
Do you do video and motion graphics?
Yes. We produce custom motion graphics and brand video: digital totems for point of sale, opening videos, product explainers, and social content, matched to each brand's exact identity and in every format you need.
Do you also build custom systems?
Yes. Besides the products, we build custom solutions: AI-automated databases that catch inconsistencies (duplicates, empty fields) and alert over WhatsApp or email. The real case is FundaCáncer, an organization that replaced 6 loose applications with a single database, with a compliance semaphore and live reporting.
Do you have real clients?
