These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern the use of mithracr.com ('the Site'). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Mithra, a Costa Rican company represented by Mathias Chung, which builds AI agents for local businesses.
2. Using the Site
You're free to browse and use the Site to learn about our products and reach out to us. By using the Site, you agree not to: use it for unlawful or unauthorized purposes; attempt to access non-public parts of the system; interfere with its normal operation; or use the chat assistant for anything other than asking about our products or services, including attempts to manipulate its behavior through techniques such as prompt injection.
3. The chat assistant
The Site includes an AI-based conversational assistant that answers questions about Mithra and its products. This assistant can make mistakes or provide imprecise information; it should not be treated as binding legal, financial, or technical advice. Any real quote or business commitment from Mithra is always confirmed by a person, never through chat alone.
4. Our services
Information about Mercurio and other products described on the Site is for informational purposes. Actually hiring any of our services is formalized through a separate service agreement with each client, whose terms prevail over this document in case of conflict.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, design, the Mithra brand, source code, and demonstration audiovisual materials — is owned by Mithra or used with authorization. No part of the Site may be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may include links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, or LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those external services.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We make a reasonable effort to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be free of errors, interruptions, or vulnerabilities at all times.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mithra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.
9. General terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute related to these Terms will be submitted to the competent courts of Costa Rica.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
